Premiere Australian house label, Hussle Recordings is notorious for touring thumping parties of unrivalled reputation. Over the past five years, Hussle has accumulated a back catalogue so rich that the world’s leading dance labels have turned into monsters of the green-eyed variety. Artists the calibre of Mylo, Green Velvet, Fedde Le Grand, Tonite Only, The Knife and The Similou have all found a home down under at Hussle, and have helped to shape the label into Australia’s leading imprint for all things house and electro.

While Hussle’s enormous collection of talent amplifies and escalates, the label continues to take its style and sound to the streets, touring nationally. This month Hussle will throw the mother of all parties at Family, staring three of the label’s major players: The Aston Shuffle, Klaus Hill, and Tommy Trash.

Associated production whores Mikah Freeman, Vance Musgrove and Ross McGrath assembled in 2005 to form the digital label project, The Aston Shuffle. After two years producing white hot remixes, The Aston Shuffle skyrocketed into prominence, smacking sounds a little electro, a little techno, and everything house.
Joining The Aston Shuffle at Family to inspire dancefloor chaos is London breaks scene force Klaus Hill. Fusing tough beats, booty house and sub bass, Hill creates an energetic and lively experience. With house, techno and breaks all in the bigman’s production armoury, a night with Hill is diversely mesmerizing.
To further gee-up the Hussle throwdown, producer, DJ and musician, Tommy Trash will bounce his brand of funky electro house fusions. With his signature jumping and head banging, Tommy Trash crafts sets entirely from his own originals, remixes and edits, giving party punters entrée to a unique clubbing experience.
