Have you ever wondered what really goes on behind the scenes of musicals like “Fame”, “Mamma Mia” and “Wicked”?

All will now be exposed as we raise the curtain on StageDoors’ latest hit show “Behind The Bright Lights.”

Ian “The Bear” Maurice heads up this talented cast as they lovingly lampoon the world of Musical Theatre, where stars have charisma, Broadway has romance and Rodgers had Hart. Filled with hit songs, high energy dancing, and more sequins and glitz than Mardi Gras.

Venture into the actors domain where pampered starlets regularly throw their Diva moments, chorus girls overact, and all manner of mayhem evolves. Scenery falls over, costumes don’t fit, actors miss cues and forget their lines.
Even a simple panto turns into chaos.
