State of Origin Beer Dinner - Burleigh Brewing

The Story Bridge Hotel has put together an exciting night of good beer and good food. In the Maroon corner are the boys from Burleigh Brewing who have selected a team of beers by their brewmaster, Captain Brennan (including the HEF, recently capped with a Gold Medal at the Beer World Cup in the USA). And representing the Blues, Stone & Wood’s Ross Jurisich and their captain, brewmaster Brad Rogers. This will be a great “State of Origin” craft beer event, with beers matched to dishes carefully prepared by our executive chef and utilising Queensland and New South Wales produce. Beer talk, beverage sampling and fine food enjoyment will all take place upstairs in our Heritage Room.
