The Futureheads' electrifying This Is Not the World (out now through Liberator) has catapulted these English rockers to the top of their game, and it's with great pleasure The Frontier Touring Company confirms they will be returning to Australia this October. The gentlemen of The Futureheads will play in Australia for the first time in over three years.

With a fine touring history (they've supported the likes of the Pixies, Foo Fighters and Snow Patrol), The Futureheads have been earmarked as one of the UK's finest bands. Killer harmonies and a rambunctious live show have encapsulated the attention of music lovers across the globe.

Support for this tour will come from Melbourne ruffians Dash & Will. During their short time together they've already been invited to tour alongside the likes of The Kooks, Ben Lee and Matt Costa, and in December will take to the Homebake stage. Debut single 'Pick You Up' is three minutes of spunky, guitar driven pop that is just a taste of what's to come. You'll regret not arriving early for this show.

It's been too many years between drinks for The Futureheads and Australia. You can be sure that the fans will be out in force.
