These guys are famous for their thick italian hot chocolate. I would be highly recommending you drop by.... If the staff weren't so Rude and arrogant. The staff here really make you feel like it is a burden to take your order, literally rolling their eyes.. Take my advice, sit outside, far away from staff and enjoy the awesomeness :) of the hot chocs!! …

I writing about our recent experience when visiting the Embers Steakhouse in Park Road, Milton. We had been there before on a number of occasions but this would be the last. The service was the usual and the food was good as usual. When we got home we found the bill had a few extra's. A number of items on the bill had their numbers bumped up. These items are list below with the expected amount and the (actual amount charged): Twice Cooked Marinated Pork Spare Ribs $13.50 ($15.00) Twice Cooked Marinated Pork Spare Ribs 500g $27.50 ($32.00) Eye Fillet 200g $30.00 ($31.50) Eye Fillet 300g $40.00 ($42.00) Which should have been $111.00 but was $120.50, of a total bill of $168.50. The total over charging amounted to $9.50 and we also included $10 which in hind-sight kinda regret doing but that's life. We expected better. …

Fine Dining - Yes, Fine Service - NO! Walked in, lovely atmosphere. Started off with entrees, one of 6 dishes didn't arrive and was forgotten about???? When it came to main meals, 6 dishes were ordered but once again a mistake was made by bringing out fish instead of the garlic prawns! Last but not least, a glass of wine was ordered so our waiter came out with a couple of taste glasses but waiter never followed up on what wine was preferred by the gentleman. Overall, the food was lovely but we all thought that the mistakes should of been compensated for!!!!! 6 disappointed customers! …
