"definitely so-so"

So this is what it boils down too. Would you chose this place to spend $20 main (cheap as it goes) or would you spend an extra tenner and go for quality? Well if your a foodie keep going. But honestly, most of my friends were happy with there deep fried camembert and we were there for the socializing, not for the food as such. And this is a friendly place in a convenient location. But I chose the fish of the day. I knew this might be risky but I figured that it would either be lovely or disappointing, and I hate ordering "safe". My risky red emperor was a mistake, served with tomato concasse,(cold because the plate was cold as was the night) & "braised veg: ie tough green end of leeks and white sauce.What a shame. Oh well the coffee was good and the young waiters were lovely. …
