Following a sold-out house at the Vanguard Theatre in Newtown, The Carpenters from Kempsey are coming to the Laycock St Theatre, Gosford.
First there was Bjorn Again then the Sound Of Music Sing-A-Long and now The Carpenters from Kempsey.
The Carpenters from Kempsey, Darren and Sharon are Country hicks. When they speak they are definitely from Kempsey, but when they sing you are transformed into the beautiful sounds of those “Other Carpenters”.
Join Darren and Sharon on this wonderful and hilarious journey of their lives whilst reliving all the fabulous music of The Carpenters including Close To You, Yesterday Once More, Ticket To Ride, Rainy Days and Mondays, We’ve Only Just Begun, Goodbye My Love and Top Of The World and of course there is the odd parody and theme song…..
The Carpenters From Kempsey will have you laughing, crying and tapping your feet. It is a hysterically funny show where you will not be able to help yourself from having a sing-a-long.
