How would you like to go to a restaurant and be in control of the menu? What if there were no rules? Imagine if you could order your food in portion sizes dependant on your own appetite; without the constraints of the traditional a’la carte dining experience?

Located in the Phoenician Resort building; Andrew’s new restaurant does not just focus on one region, but rather serves popular dishes from all around the Mediterranean. Spanish paella, a French inspired veal dish and a tender osso bucco are just some examples of what you will find on our revolutionary menu – delicious Mediterranean food with a Modern Australian slant.

Dining out is changing; our customers have so much choice these days and high expectations and we believe they should have the flexibility to eat the way they want to eat, so we offer 1, two, 3 different sizing options on most of our menu items.

1 – Designed to offer ‘just a taste’ and give our customers more dining freedom than ever before. Having taster options affords you the freedom to explore more dishes and allows you to surrender your fear of committing to a single dish, and have a little of everything.
two – most items on our food menu are offered in an entrée size.
3– the main course! we have decided that you know your appetite better than us. You can dictate how big your serving size is – after all, you know how much you want to eat…mini, moderate or massive – it’s up to you.

Now you don’t have to miss out on anything as our desserts are portioned in taster size.
“Ohhh, they all sound good, I can’t decide!!”

Just choose 1, two or any three tasters you like and create your own dessert plate. It’s an affordable way to eat as much or as little as you like.

Even our wine and beverage menus are designed to give our guests greater range, choice and flexibility than ever before. Most wines and other hot and cold beverages are also served in keeping with the theme of 3 sizes.

NO RULES DINING!
There are no rules to the way you approach this menu…you can choose a starter, then entrée, followed by main course and finish with a dessert. Or else order several things at once and have a little picnic at your table; or you can order one dish at a time and just keep ordering and eating until you feel satisfied!
