Art from Trash is an annual community art exhibition which for the last two decades has celebrated the work of artists who are invited to re-think, re-use and re-create materials often considered 'rubbish' into works of art.

Hosted by Resource Work Cooperative, Art from Trash promotes the creative reuse of post-consumer materials to maximise resource recovery.

Art from Trash is a diverse exhibition, showcasing the work of artists, designers, students, and creative people within our community. The exhibition is non-selective, open to all ages and is a great opportunity for many first time, emerging and student artists.

Art from Trash has a number of awards: the People's Choice Award, the Trash Rat Youth Award and the Mojo Wearable Art Award.
