About Us
Denise is the organiser and host of Live It Up Events. Having a passion for putting together parties, arranging activities and creating fabulous events, she has built a reputation of coordinating events with variety and value, and involves a great bunch of people. When you see her at the events, feel free to approach her for a chat.
Being a certified personal performance trainer, she is also available for coaching and can assist people to improve their lifestyles, refining social skills, reclaiming self confidence, and also assisting those in the transition back into Singles Life.
Events Diary
28th April - Come along to the NEW chic Siana Bar/Dining/Lounge for a drink overlooking the Brisbane river from 7pm - $10 entry (includes food, drinks, and other specials)
19th May - Day trip Wine Tour to some of Granite Belts regions, finest wineries. Tour starts 8am sharp, departing from Chalk Hotel - bookings and pre-payment of $65 is essential!
23rd June - Boys Night Out at Kingston Park Raceway. 4hrs of unlimited go-karting for only $60! Bookings and pre-payment by April 4th essential

Merthyr Bowls Club in New Farm is the most fun venue for a great day out...and even a great start to a night out with friends.
I've been to the club a number of times for Barefoot Bowling through work and social events...but not only is the lawn bowls fun and affordable, but so are the drinks!
If you're looking for somewhere to start the night with friends or if you want a spectacular river view without the costs invovled...Merthyr Bowls Club is your best bet. They have great food, drinks, lawn bowls, and people to help you enjoy your day or night.
Will definately be going back there again and again, especially because the bus pulls up right at the front gate! Perfect for those days or nights when you want a drink or two!
Check it out, barefoot bowls plus a BBQ option is a must if you haven't been before! You'll be back...trust me.

If you're looking for a different experience in Brisbane the Nissan Moonlight Cinema is it! I've been many times and brought my friends for something out of the norm during the week and even the weekends. I just love it during summer sitting under the stars, having the warm summer breeze from the river blow over you, and laying around on the grass as if it were your own backyard!
Definately check it out, it's closer than a drive in and cheaper than BCC!!!
