Our knife wielding ‘passadors’ will expertly slice a variety
of meats and sizzling seafood straight from the ‘espetus’ at your table
• South American spiced sausage
• Chicken (five spice marinade)
• Lamb (lemon, garlic, olive oil and fresh herbs)
• Beef (oregano, black pepper, cumin and garlic)
• Pork (smoked tomato and chilli marinade)
• Fish of the day (lemon, garlic and herb)
• Calamari (garlic, herb and paprika)
All Churrascaria is served with seasonal vegetables,
Along with our chef’s variety of condiments including,
Roasted tomato relish, honey mustard, chilli and onion jam

Note: the above selection may change to ensure the finest products are served
