An evening with Tim Clark, chef patissier, and Laurent Meric, maitre chocolatier from Cacao Fine Chocolates & Patisserie. Over two hours Tim and Laurent will take you through the history of chocolate, from the cocoa pods to the handmade fine chocolates and cakes, tasting the best of origin chocolates from around the world, Maximum 20 guests per class.
