This exhibition explores points of connection and interchange in the drawings of two significant Melbourne artists, Joy Hester and Albert Tucker. During their nine-year relationship each was influenced by the other's vision and they explored similar subject and concerns, from modernist approaches to image making to the devastating psychological effects of war.
