"TERRIBLE!" 
This place needs to change it's Customer Service regeme! 1. More than once, we have tried to make a booking by phone, and have been told that there wasn't anything available. Then we have turned up and been seated within 5 minutes. 2. We made a booking and turned up, and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated - with a makeshift table in an aisle. 3. We ordered a meal that 'used to be' on the menu (vegetarian risotto) and they delivered another meal altogether (Leak and Pumpkin Risotto). Then tried to charge us for those meals, so we left and won't be going back EVER!!!!!! Most of these issues, we believe are attributed to some of the staff not grasping the english language correctly. Definitely give this place a BIG MISS - staff are condescending, so is the owner when confronted about these issues! …
