Resting the Mind by His Eminence the Seventh Dzogchen Rinpo is on 26 November. In this hectic, modern world, people try to escape the stress of busy lives. People desire a relaxing holiday, but the same pressures remain upon return. When one completely rests the body, energy and mind in each moment, they have everything they need to experience peace their selves. This is the essence of the Dzogchen teachings.

His Eminence the Seventh Dzogchen Rinpoche, Jigme Losel Wangpo, is one of the foremost Tibetan Lamas alive today. His Eminence was recognised by H.H. the forth Dodrupchen Rinpoche, as the holder of the 400 year old unbroken lineage of Dzogchen.
