Treat your Valentine to fine dining in style aboard the Southern Aurora Restaurant Train departing Sydney Central for Hawkesbury River and Gosford. Join the famous Southern Aurora at Sydney Central for a scenic round trip to Gosford along the Hawkesbury River and Brisbane Water — enjoy the changing view through the window at your table. A unique moving restaurant experience — be tempted by a special Valentine's themed, three-course lunch or dinner, freshly prepared on board, and followed by tea, coffee and chocolates. We'll even provide a complimentary bottle of fine wine for every couple! Afterwards, relax with a drink in the comfort of the licensed Lounge-&-Bar Cars as we return to Sydney Central. Heritage Express and the Southern Aurora are operated by the NSW Rail Transport Museum an independent, not for profit company, committed to collecting, preserving and presenting the railway heritage of NSW for the benefit of the community.
