Twice baked Goats Cheese Souffle with wild rocket, poached pear, candy walnuts and balsamic glaze
Seared Canadian Scallops with saffron mash, red pepper, basil, kalamatta olive and green bean salad
Crispy Peking Duck and watercress salad with orange, sweet soy and sesame dressing

Mains
Char grilled Black Angus Scotch Fillet with gratin potato, baby spinach, bernaise and red wine jus
Pan friend Ocean Trout Fillet with king prawn mash, broccolini, tomato and chive beurre blanc
Lemon & herb marinated Chicken Breat with Moroccan cous cous and chickpea salad, minted cucumber riate and crispy tortilla chips

Dessert
To share: Vanilla pannacotta with passionfruit and lime syrup, Mini Pavlova with yoghurt cream and fresh berries, soft centre Chocolate Pudding with chocolate sauce and King Island double cream
